What to check when the cluster is dark or refuses diagnostic communication.
Qué ocurre
Cluster fully dark or partial function (only self-test, warning lights), no OBD communication, intermittent faults.
Qué conviene comprobar
Visually check fuses and battery voltage, inspect connectors and grounds, confirm whether fault memory is readable or reports 'no communication'.

Collect: part reference, stored fault codes or communication error text, battery voltage, photos of connector and warning lamp. Consider sending to specialist if control signal absent.
