Qué ocurre
Blank or intermittent display, frozen needles, missing odometer data, warning lamps not showing, or CAN/LIN communication errors.
Qué conviene comprobar
Verify 12 V supply and ground at the cluster connector, check related fuses, inspect connector and wiring for damage, compare behaviour with key on vs engine running, passively probe CAN/LIN lines, and read stored OBD fault codes.

Record fault codes, take photos of connector and cluster label, note part number and vehicle years if documented; if issue remains, prepare these data before sending to specialist service.
